1. Participation

• Caregivers agree to actively support their child’s participation during each session. A little encouragement helps create a positive, enjoyable experience for all children.

2. Photography & Media

• We may take photos during classes to share privately with parents/caregivers. Images will only be used for marketing with your explicit consent. You may opt out at any time.​

3. Refunds, Cancellations & Credits

• Playgroup sessions are non-refundable.

• To receive a credit for future use, notify us at least 3 hours before the session start time.

• Cancellations within 3 hours of the session are not eligible for a credit.

• Credits are non-refundable and do not expire.

• Single-session credits may be transferred to a friend of the package holder, subject to availability and age-appropriateness. The package holder must ensure the guest accepts all playgroup policies, including the Playgroup Participation Waiver.

4. Health, Allergies & Safety

• Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or additional needs before your child attends. This allows us to help provide a safe, comfortable, and inclusive environment for every little explorer.

5. Agreement

• By booking or attending a session, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
