Greetings,
I am Teacher Sally, the proud founder of Mini Learners and it brings me great pleasure to embark on this journey with you.
Witnessing the joy and excitement on your faces when you visit Mini Learners is what drives me. My utmost priority is to instil a sense of curiosity within all of you, both in and out of the classroom. I aspire to see you develop a love for learning and exploring, and I'm committed to making that happen.
Allow me to share a little bit about myself. Having lived in the Middle East for two years and Hong Kong for over four years, I have extensive experience in teaching at international schools before venturing into the realm of private tutoring.
My passion for creating a safe, consistent and engaging platform for children's fun learning spurred me on to establish Mini Learners in 2021.
I hold an Advanced Diploma in Childhood Education, an Advanced Diploma in Child Psychology and i am a Certified Teacher.
My goal is to forge meaningful connections with parents, interact, and support our children to strive for their best.
I am fervent about being creative, fun, and fostering a positive learning experience in our sessions, whether they are taught by me or any of my highly valued team members.
Every child deserves the opportunity to learn and I believe that learning should be enjoyable. I employ positive reinforcement strategies and encourage every child to express themselves freely.
Our classes maintain a fun, educational, and vibrant atmosphere.
Watching our children grow and achieve their little milestones with me and our team fills me with immense pride and joy.

I hold a degree in Modern Languages and a PGCE in Education. Having studied languages myself, I understand the challenges that my students face in learning a new language.

Hi, my name is Miss Rebecca and I am a highly qualified and experienced teacher with a passion for early childhood education.
My journey in teaching began when I completed a diploma in Child Care and Education after leaving college. From there, I pursued my passion by obtaining a degree in Early Childhood Studies, where I gained invaluable insight into child development from a non-academic perspective.
To further develop my teaching skills, I completed a Primary Education degree with a specialisation in SEN. Over the past 6 years, I have been teaching, specialising in Phonics and preparing children for the government Phonics Screening Test. I have experience working with children in Reception (aged 4-5) for 3 years and currently, I am teaching Year 1 (aged 5-6).
I believe that education should be holistic and focus on the child's overall development, not just academic performance. I am committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment where each child can thrive and reach their full potential. I understand that every child is unique, and I use differentiated teaching approaches to cater to their individual learning needs.

Hello, name is Miss Binita and I am an experienced and qualified teacher with over 25 years of teaching experience in Hong Kong and the UK. I hold a Bachelor of Education (BA Ed), Advanced TEFL, and several other teaching courses, which have allowed me to develop a deep understanding of the best teaching practices and methodologies.
Over the years, I have worked in a variety of different roles including Lead Teacher in British Services Schools, Educational Coordinator for the United Nations Organisation for Refugees, and as a Teacher at some of the most prestigious International Schools in Hong Kong, such as E.S.F (both Kindergarten and Primary schools), Woodland Pre-Schools, and Southside Kindergarten.
As an educator, I am passionate about creating a learning environment that fosters curiosity and determination in my students. I believe in exciting children about the world of learning and broadening their academic interests.
I strive to motivate my students and make learning a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Hello! I'm Mr. Sid, an experienced teacher who has called Hong Kong home since 2007.
I hold a Trinity TESOL certification from I-to-I Institute in Leeds, UK, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication from Raffles University in Sydney, Australia.
Over the past 13 years, I have had the privilege of teaching in various institutions such as ESF, Southside Kindergarten, and Canadian International School.
I also have experience as an after-school English tutor who focuses on building each individual's needs and potential.
My experience includes teaching students from Kindergarten to Grade 6 level and I have a good understanding of Mandarin and Cantonese.
My expertise in teaching covers Grammar, Vocabulary, Phonology, General and Creative Writing, Reading and Listening Comprehension, Critical thinking, and Oral skills such as Debate and Presentation, as well as English literature.

For the past 15/16 years, I have resided in Hong Kong, where I've had the privilege of teaching in various educational settings, including kindergartens, primary schools, and local schools. This experience has granted me valuable insights into the diverse needs and challenges faced by students in this region.
One of my greatest joys as an educator is witnessing my students leave my class having acquired new knowledge.
