A: We have children under our tutorship ranging from ages 15 months up to 10 years old.

Q: What is the term of commitment should I proceed with Mini Learners for my child

A: We generally work on a minimum of 8 week cycles however offer longer cycles if required.

Q: What if my child doesn’t suit the type of learning or the tutor provided by Mini Learners

A: We always provide a trial class to each parent (or set of parents if a group class) at a one off fee without any commitment to a cycle. You have the choice to “try before you buy”

Q: Which tutor will take the classes for my child

A: This will depend on a number of things, mainly location, time and availability of each tutor. We always aim to keep the same tutor with each child or group for consistency.

Q: How do we know if we are getting the best tutor for our children?

A: All of the tutors at Mini Learners go through interviews, background checks and trial classes before being presented to parents. In addition, every tutor working for Mini Learners is vetted personally by the founder of this business and a personal guarantee is presented to parents that each tutor will provide the quality and fun learning for your Mini Learners.

Q: Do you have a school / teaching centre in Hong Kong or elsewhere?

A: No, we are a flexible tutoring service who carry out lessons at your preferred location (usually Childs home if in Hong Kong) or online in Hong Kong and the rest of the world.

Q: What is the cost of a session for my child?

A: This is calculated on a case by case basis and is impacted by a number of things, location, number of children in the class, duration of cycle (i.e. more than 8 weeks can be discounted), to enquire with your details please contact enquiries@minilhub.com

Q: If my child is sick and cannot attend a session, do I receive a refund?

A: If your child is attending a one on one class and you provide more than 24 hours notice, Mini Learners will attempt to reschedule your class in the same cycle period I subject to availability that suits you and the tutor. If your child is in a group class, unfortunately there is no refund policy in place, your child would miss this session and this would be treated as an attended lesson in the cycle.
